    Spider no 5 is some Lycosid (wolf spider). the straight row of four small anterior eyes is diagnostic.

    Spider no. 6 is some Tetragnatha sp. Think to get precise species you need to probe their bits.

    last spider meaning the kitty cat one? if so, no, at AH.

    but there was another similar one (but with a pointy backside, not kitty cat) at Pierce however could not get a good pix before it escaped.

    oh it was damn fast at reeling back its silk and escaping hor. fast enough that you can't find it in your viewfinder much less getting a focus!

    BTW any idea how to label this fungus growing on a dead leaf? see the interesting "nodules" on the leaf where the fungus has not grown a "body" yet.
