PL light ?
wouldnt 10K look blue?
7500 ? Why not settle for 10k instead ?
I know Nature sells them for $15 each.
I believe they will be whiter than your current ones.

10k is bluish.. more for marine.. according to Amano, plant thrive at color temp of 6500 to below 10k tubes
Actually plants do thrive on 10,000K light, but algae thrive the best in that high temprature spectrum. That's why it's not recommended to go that high for a planted tank
think at 10K, viewing gets affected too.
try arcadia freshwater lamp.. 7500k, it not, can also consider arcadia original tropical lamp..do take a look at them..

How much does something like this cost?
Those arcadia tubes are about $20-30 per piece.

Think the highest they got there is the 5.4k Philips 36W tube
u went sim lim already?? if so, then guess have to use FL then..can consider the arcadia or interpet.. they have the lighting intensity..[
