Thanks. Errr..... i'm almost semi-retired. LOL This tank is also semi-retired. Btw i just rescape my Cade tank, friends said is nice, low maintenance tank. Hopefully good enough for competition, i see lots of potential in this tank.
This tank has really achieved its glory day, winning below 100 for a 2ft tank is already a miracle to me and others, hardly small tank can win below 100 from past years IAPLC records. Mostly are 3ft tank and above can make it to the top.

Yo bro, thanks. Let me know if you have good rocks to offer, the one got from you is in my new scape, looks great.
Thanks bro. Great to hear that my scape has inspired you. New project is going on smoothly as always. Hopefully i can get at least a 3ft tank to start with after seeing so many winning scape that is above 3ft tank, sigh...

More question: is it okay to have 2 x 55W for 3ft tank if HC is not light hungry? Thanks!
The More You Share, The More You Have
I thot 55W is for 2ft tank? Is too short(light tube length) for 3ft tank, the light may not able to cover the tank. For new tank setup, you dont need much strong light, things inside is not mature, so algae tends to attack at that period.

What you can try is remove the acrylic cover of the light and it should be enough lighting. I would advice if you can try on the current set that you have before purchase the MH. MH good to have but not necessary. IMO
