looks like my lotus is suffering from some deficieny.
What is the missing link?
Btw, have not started a fert regime yet.
Occassionally, Dr Mallick AquaGro and Micros.

kh = 6
ph = 7.5
temp = 26-27 deg (fan)

Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

I get the same for one of my tanks even though there's K.

Are all the leaves like that? If on old leaves only, then it could point to K deficiency. For my case, holes normally appear on old leaves but not as much as yours.
What about other plants, any problems?
If you want, can try stuffing a small bit of Jobe or Horti plant stick at the base to see if it improves. I think they are quite heavy root feeders.

Jobe or Horti will likely make it grow quite big...

Do you use CO2? Because there's not any in there at KH of 6 and pH of 7.5, about 6ppm or so and 20-30ppm is a good range if you use it. Other wise you can try adding something to the gravel but the plants do really look nice with CO2 added.
