Cleaning of gravel is done when I'm doing water change. I will siphon out the dirt as the water is changed.....

Ummmm... don't do the normal gravel vacuuming that disturb the gravel. Just siphon off whats sitting on the surface of the gravel. Personally, I seldom clean the gravel. Shrimps and bottom feeding fishes will usually scavenge leftover food... OTOH, if you have lots of leftover food, then you're probably feeding too much or too fast (i.e. food sinks to the bottom before the fishes get most of it).

Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

My advice is to leave it.... avoid disturbing yhe riccia, else they will float up easily.
    Cheers!!
