    The only thing similar to wheat that I can think of would be eleocharis, although it lacks the wheat-like tops underwater.

    Rotala najenshen looks like wheat to me, or possibly Rotala wallichi if you want an orange wheat

    i mean with a thinner stem, rotala wachii has a bushy lower half, not much of a stem
