    Hi Guys,

Seriously need some help. I have 3 clown loaches in my community tank, 2 of which are doing fine and getting really fat and all. The third loach however, is growing thinner by the day. Whenever I feed my fish, I can see this poor little skinny loach eating, and it does eat an OK amount of food.

About 2 months ago, my community tank hitched on to a nasty ICH epidemic where all 3 clown loaches lost weight. The two fat ones have since grown back plenty of meat but the same skinny fella had never recovered from that episode.

It’s so skinny that I can see its spine and the poor thing looks like its got a hunched back as well (gone crooked).

Is there anything I can do for it? This evening I isolated it into another smaller fish bowl and have will try to give it plenty of food. Don’t worry about the water getting dirty as I will be changing the fish bowl’s water everyday with the clean and seasoned water from my community tank.

I hope this works but I really need some good advice on how to bring this baby back to the pink of health.

    Thanks,

    MetaSard

I also have this prob but i caught it n put in a separate tank and it has indeed revive its appetite. I believe it has been beaten or isolated fr its group of loaches that is y it is stressed. Feed it well in its new home n in no time, u will see a healthy loach! They r just too cute when u see them swimming in shoals! []
