WATER LOTUS help me..

hi everyone..
need your help and advise.

i have a pond in my balcony. it has good ample sun in the mornings.
its odd shaped but roughly 4ft by 2.5ft. and 1ft tall. comes with a big sump.

OK here is MY PROBLEM:

i cant seems to get my lotus to grow thick and healthy. and they also dont flower.
the lotus u see is my 3rd pot...(i throw in those lotus fertilizer...)

help / advise....or anyone i can call ???(my hp 9-3623557)

I went in to look at the pictures. But I cannot really figure out the lilies. Maybe a bigger pictures will help.

Lotus generally requires very intense and long photo period.

They do not like too much surface water agitation.

The substrate is best to be soil or mud and you need to add fertilizers frequently as it is a heavy eater. Use stick/capsules type of fertilizers to avoid possibibilities of algae growth in the pond.
