Looks like Eriocaulon sp Matogrosso, fine leaves.

How did you purchase these plants in Singapore? Any tips on where to find rare aquatic plants in Singapore?

The plants are not purchased in singapore.
For rarer aquatic plants, try buy and sell in this forum. I think Hong Kong and Taiwan are 2 places where you can get rare plants as well.
