    Hi all,

can anyone help to ID this plant. Initially found it very cute & interesting (tends to entangle itself around other plants or floats as seen in my pics), so threw a small clump (of few strands) into my tank. After a while (few days or weeks), it grew into such a big clump by itself & is floating at one corner of my tank...

However, my shrimps love to hide amongst this thick vegetation for protection...

Thanks in advance for viewing & comments.

    Regards.

Thanks a lot for the help Bro Juggler... Think they are some valueless 'weed' kind of plants... but really have to credit their amazing rate @ flourishing... So far, it's only enemies are my greedy & always-hungry goldfishes...

That is Bladderworts: Utricularia spp. This damn weeds can be out of control. They can infest the whole tank easily. It can be worst than algae.

Thanks bro for the double confirmation... Have to agree with you that it can be worse than algae... Even if left one small strand, if can propagate to a lot in no time...
