    Any idea why my Nymphaea stellata's stem always rot?

    Personally, I've no experienced with the actual plant but based on the similar Nymphae sp. they do tend to melt due to condition shocks whereby environment changes too drastically. Typically, you can try some fert spikes/sticks or root fert boosters to help them get a kick start.

    I have this plant for about 4 months already. Every week will have 1 to 2 new leaves but every week one to two stem will also rot, usually near the base.

    one of the plant have floating leaves for about 2 months already, how long more before they will flower? any idea?
