As title stated, can anyone please advise me where can I find these? Does Biotope/C328 carries them? IF no, where can I find them?

Saw some at Tropica Fish Farm at Pasir Ris today. They had a large banner and tent to welcome delegates of Aquarama too

Tropica also has the Sarpae Tetra that looked very similar to the Red Phantom. I thought there were the same till I came across this thread
