    How can I delete post or delete pic in post after thread was closed? I have reach the limit of storage space in AQ.

    Hi Ken,

    To delete your uploaded images.
    Go to gallery and click on your image.
    At the top right hand area, you'll see "Image Tools"
    Select Edit Image
    Check the check box delete image and click on the delete button.

    If it's attachments you are trying to manage, you can always delete it before you close the thread. You can always reopen you sales thread yourself to access the attachments.

    Thanks for all the replies. Indeed I need to reopen my threads and then remove the attachments.

    No need to. YOu shold be able to do so from the User CP under the Attachments.
