    Hi,
Just want to update my tank parameters after 4 weeks now..
    PH : 7
    Kh : 4
    Nitrate : 0

I've got lots of algae growth.. especially green spots on the glass and flurry ones on riccia..

Is my tank considered cycled? Can I add more fishes now?

    Cosmos,

cycling is a continuous process... it doesn't stop. When you add more fish, your tank will start to cycle again. After 4 weeks, your tank should have been done cycling (based on your current bioload)... just add the fishes a few at a time and you should be fine.

Good to add some algae eater as well if u haven't to get rid of those flurry ones on riccia. Green spots on the glass can simply remove manually with sponge.
