Digital Thermometer

Hello....anyone ever use before Dymax Digital thermometer,it is from UK. I just bought it from Pasir Ris Farmway 2 today. But the reading doesn't match the reading of my alcohol thermometer.

How much difference are the reading from each other?

If the temperature range allow, you can try on iced water. You should get around 0°C ± something.

The diff. is around 3.5 degree. Now having trail now to see which is correct.

place your digital sensor to the same level as your mercury termometer bulb.
it should give you the same reading, diff should be one decimal place only. (0.x)

I think it my alcohol thermometer is spoilt. Now using my Digital thermometer now reading from 26 to 28 degree.
