water flea invasion

guys as above...how do i get rid of it?
its invading fast taking over my 1ft shrimp tank......
will they cause harm to my shrimps and their eggs?

had added in pencil fish but still no effect. any other type of fish can counter such pest?[]

Cardinal, rummy-nose (or other similar sized) tetras
Guppies
Rams (try this at ur own risk, esp. if u are keeping smaller shrimps like cherry and bee)

Note that any fish that eats daphnia will also munch on ur baby shrimps when they hatch. If ur intention is to breed shrimps, remove all / most fishes once ur daphnia problem is solved.
