    do carbon affect liquid fert performence when plant intake?

    Hi ed,

    If you mean CO2 as carbon, lighting condition with good supply of CO2 will affect fert performance, fert will be consumed fast.

    If you mean activated carbon, then its a different story. Activated carbon are meant to clear impurities in the water, certain fert will also be absorbed by the activated carbon in the process.
