    Hi,

    Could you please ID this plant. My friend bought this from a LFS in Singapore. I have it grown submerged and emersed.

    Anyone, any idea??? It came attached on a coconut shell but was not growing so i planted it in the substrate and it started growing.

    Well, I'll hazrard a guess.

    Bacopa Caroliana.
    Its a fast grower with the tips sticking out of the surface.
    Quite a strong stem.

    Thanks Altumm but i guess its not Bacopa Caroliana as i have kept that plant. Leaves of this plant is slightly bigger than HC Cuba. I am attaching another pic to compare the size



    Edit: Just found out that my friend picked this plant from C328.

    Micranthenum Umbrosum....i think that's the plant's name....cheers

    ranchu, I have M.Umbrosum with me, the leaves of this plant is much smaller than M.Umbrosum so certainly not M.Umbrosum.

    My guess will be Ammania sp. "Bonsai". Their submersed stems turn red under high light. If they dont, then they might be might be Lindernia rotundifolia.

    It looks like some type of moss to me. Maybe can try posting on the moss sub forum.
