? wat happen?

got a problem guys,

this morning just found 2 malayan in my tank dead. one with half of the head ripped off.... no idea how..... there are only cardinals sae and pencil fish.
wat happen?

and need adivce for cherry shrimps and puffer fish. are they compatible?

most likely the malayan died, then its body got attacked by other fishes...

Don't think you have anything to be alarmed about. Malayan's are quite susceptable to death, and fishes may feast on them (as metioned by Allen). Please do keep a look out for anymore problems before putting in more fishes/shrimps juz to be sure.

May I know why you want to put puffer fish into your aquarium. If you dun mind the sight of snails, juz leave them there. In fact, I feel that they are quite helpful in eating dead/dying leaves which helps in bio filtration. If you really want a puffer, please put in not more than one.
