I got this plant from a LFS near my work place.. initially when I got it it has roundish leaves and was quite short and stumpy.

the leave structure was like this, the bottom part started to rot when the new leaves sprouted:

and then it start growing when I planted it and the new leaves sprouted were sharp and thin like this:

my tank is injected with 2bps co2 and high lighting of 7wpg and ferts used are lushgro aqua and micros but no matter what i do only the top part of this plant turns pinkish/reddish:

can someone please help me identify what plant this may be?

is it supposed to only be reddish at the tips or should i be dosing iron to get whole of it reddish?

on a sidenote, can i please have an id of the fish i have in my tank right now?

    thank you
pls correct me if i'm wrong
