maybe you couold start by listing down the specs of your tank, like substrate, lights, etc. What is the problem that you are facing, the plants wouldn't stay in the substrate?

    lights are 55 pl watts
specification of tank is 45 by 30 by 30
    subtrate is nisso custom soil
dosing flourish trace, wonder gro macro and micro +

the problem is that the plant would either melt OR die after some time..

You are not injecting CO2? this is a very important nutrients for the plants.

Anyway, between trace and Wondergro Micro, you need only one of them, no point in dosing both. Since you are using Wondergro macro and micro, I suggest you ditch the trace from Seachem.

I heard macro and micro nutrient should dose in alternative days. Not at the same time.

See this website and it'll help you a lot i guess.

Not to forget your species of stem plant and the water hardness parameter.

Some certain difficult to grow stem plant just wont survive in measly condition.
They need enough lighting, softer water, ample CO2.
    Most are easy though.
