what are the parameters i should maintain for my tank in order to keep the plants grow greener ?

currently tank been running for 2 wks , no Livestock.

bps does not tell you anything because it is depend on how you inject it into you tank.
for 2 weeks old tank, you probably wont see any much grow from either HC and hairgrass yet
Yes you won't see much of a difference within two weeks. But you can try EI dosing. It makes your plants grow healthier and faster.

yup, drop checker is the best test equipment so far to estimate CO2 level.

So it's actually a dosing method whereby we supply the plants with a slight abundance of fertilization throughout the week. In this way, the plants will outcompete the algae. At the end of the week, the tank water will contain a lot of excess nutrients which explains why we have to do a 50% water change.
