what moss can i grow with the following conditions

I would recommend Java or Taiwan moss.
However, with the stated conditions, you should greatly lower your expectations on the growth rate.

IME, spiky moss likes the heat better than Taiwan moss.

Agree with Lampeye. My spiky moss is growing strongly at 30C in the summer with CO2. But does not look as good as when it grows at 25C.
