The pictures are not very clear hence its difficult to ID, a better picture would help.
First picture should be Bacopa monnieri.
Second picture (background plant) can't see the stem clearly. But looks like Eichhornia azurea.

I am wondering if i have planted them too close to the edge of my tank.
wanted to use them as background plants.
I just googled for Bacopa monnieri.
