    My DIY CO2 system. two bottle of 1.5L plastic bottel pump into a glass bottle with plain water and go into the tank with a diffuser.

    My first attempt on carpet plants, HC. spend 2 hours plantings 3 pots of them -_- tough but i hope the result can be rewarding.

    plants in tank:

    i only know i have HC and red tiger lotus. haha! do help me identify them if you are free

    do give comments hope you guys enjoy the pictures.

    looks promising but i think the huge granite rock has no character perhaps u wanna replace it? I dunno just me 2 cents worth...

    I agree with bro zoothefreak.
    Try to find some "ugly rocks" at your local LFS. They will look much better in your tank.

    thanks for all the comment and suggestion The rock i will try to find something to replace then. i wanted to sell it but no taker so i end up just use it.

    the HC i bought is submersed. they are spreading already i think is due to my no mercy dosing of CO2. haha! only 2 days and it start spreading. the tiny plant on the right of tank is 2 times the lenght in the pictures already. the flower also reach the top of the tank already.

    will update few days later to let you guys see the different cheers!!

    will u worry about the algea problem due to your no mercy dosing of CO2? and twin bottle of the C02 provide u how many bubble per sec?
    would u might telling me the water temp and the light watt and hour u giving to your HC.

    Oh, i always though C02 will help in making algae.
    Actually currently i have a Newly setup tank also with limited knowledge.

    I wanna setup a second tank and make it better than the current one.

    But i must learn more about aquarium and understand them well before i make my 2tanks.

    haha actually i read all your thread and post. Shadow you are an expert, somehow i wish i can learn from you. haha

    my set up is aqua zonic 2 ft T5 light which is 4 x 24W. 10 hours a day. i know is too much. temp around 26-28 degrees. the HC is spreading quite well. found more runners today
