Low tech low maintenance.
My HC expect to carpeting, but become over growth. But still ok, because i like the soft green. Will trim next time.
Inside is 1 betta, 3 tetra, 1 otto, 1 snail.
All happy inside more than 6 month already.
Add water every week.
Clean gravel and change 30% water every 6 month.
Add excel and florapride every month.

That plant you have in front is Hemianthus Micranthemoides (HM) or Micranthemum Micranthemoides (MM)... Hemianthus Callitrichoides (HC) only grows to maximum 2-3cm height.
HM or MM are very commonly mis-labelled at LFS, they also tend to get mixed in as contaminants on HC mats too.
Maybe shift them to the mid-ground or background, then get some real HC to carpet the front. You can tell the difference between HC and HM/MM quite easily at the LFS... HC usually has much smaller leaves densely packed together, like only 1-2mm super tiny sized rounded leaves.
Already rescape a bit.
Will post the pic later
