this is the set up running in my 2x1x1 feet tank (15gallon ) currently.

plants had grown more as this pictures is taken about 2 weeks ago.

just got a 2L pressurized CO2 cylinder but do not know how many BPS should i set.

    current tank specification:

    1) 2x1x1 feet a.k.a 15 gallon tank
    2) 2L CO2 cylinder with manual regulator
    3) aquazonic T5 24w x 4 light tube light set
    4) weekly dosage of iron supplement tablets and liquid fertiliser

what i see now is my tank are given 6.4WPG which seem like too much as what i read online, everyone is saying 3WPG is more than enough?

set the CO2 to 2BPS now and my CO2 indicator show excess of CO2 in tank when i woke up this morning but i do not see any fishes or shrimps struggling for oxygen.

plants are growning well but algae are coming in too.

need help in adjusting the tank please!! all the pros here please guide me along!! this hobby is so intresting that i want to get into it more and more each day please help me in setting up a high tech tank! thanks!

Yeah that's a lot of light, especially for anubias. You can add some floating plants to your aquarium (frogbit is nice and easy to remove), it will block out light and help keep algae in check. CO2 should be fine once the light is reduced. Do you inject CO2 through the night? It's not necessary and it's a waste of CO2.

can't you turn off 2 of your light?
are you using DIY CO2 or pressurize CO2? the photos show DIY CO2
    what filter are you using?

Re: need help in adjusting my tank now please

im using pressurized now. the DIY is removed already. using a 2L CO2 cylinder now.

i off my CO2 when i off my light in the evening.

switching on two is enough already? if so why did aquazonic come out with such a strong light for 2 feet tank?

hmm.... oh yah....and i made some rearrangement. now my filter is exposed. hmm... just a normal submerse fliter. thinking to get a small canister though...

here is the update of my tank!! just took it like 5 mins ago hope it is nice even in everyone eyes. i enjoy looking at it everynight when i come back from work

    latest picture:

    3 weeks ago i think...around there:

    a month or two ago:

im thinking that the RTL might be spoiling my tank image. haha! it grew too high up suddenly. but cant think of any red plants to replace it....any suggestion?

rearrange and rescaping and upgrading all these time. this hobby is soooooooo addictive!!! cheers!!
