Nice... has good potential. Would like to see it when the plants grow in.
You can plant anubias in the gravel, but yours are too deep. The rhizome will rot if buried. Pull them up till the rhizome is more then half exposed. Better if they are completely above the gravel. The roots can remain in the gravel. It's ok for some of the roots to be exposed.
