can't see from that angle.
could be ludwigia sp, ammania sp. or neseae sp or even rotala macandra
top view would be better.

had a look at the plant close up original pic.
looks like ammania gracilis or something.
the leaves are long/oblongated.
must be some new species, unlike any ludwigia sp, rotala macandra in taiwan
