where do i get a replacement for this? is it readily available in most LFS?

you can try lighting shops in your neighbourhood.
or shops in sim lim tower or kelantan lane.

if u stay around the west side, can try Teck Whye Market.. there is one hardware shop which i surprisingly managed to get a replacement 55W PL light with the same pin configuration as yours today.

NA, Polyart and most probably C328 should all have these common PL tube sizes.
