    Cool. Very interesting video. I actually thought they might be seen in a bigger school in the wild. And those plants/mosses around are perfect for them to spawn in, and perhaps the reason for them being found in that area. Thanks for sharing.

    cool, When I first looked I thought they look so similar to clown loaches from the top.

    Had seen the killi video on the same page earlier.

    YES! When I first saw them in this pool, that was the first thing I thought: how much they looked liked Clown Loaches. The Orange color is very strong in the wild caught fish as you can see here. It is even more stunning in person! There is another fish, C. teniente, that we collected nearby that looks similar to these, but has only one black "saddle" and more elongate in the body. They have a very similar orange hue to them as well. I intend to get some more video when I go there in May of 2010.
