3rd shop. The one with a good range of Seachem and Dennerle products. Yup, good for internal filters.

The little item is on the shelves behind the cash counter.

geoffrey, is the mini reactor packaged like "made in china or taiwan" with the wording in hanyu pinyin(forget the wordings liao it called "kuosanqi", something like tat). I got one last year, the whole thing is transparent and there's a propeller in the centre which can be moved up or down abit and the CO2 is bubbled into it through a plastic tube at the centre of the reactor. You are supposed to fix it to a powerhead cos the input of the reactor is round.

    Hi Brigitte,

Yes, how is it? Is it any good? You may want to share your experience with the rest.

haven't try yet. actually going to try but my riccia all died. I think theoratically should work cos it's sort of an inverted bell. The bubbles have to go through the propeller to be dispersed into finer ones and those not dissolved will be stuck at the top for the propeller to further work them.

Will try after I got new riccia and post the results here.

BTW, I got this thing for $4.50.
    Regards,
    Brigitte
