You are in malaysia or singapore? 0.o? Nvm, it is illegal in singapore. By AVA. Even if you do see some in LFS, the shop owner might have gotten it in through someone smuggling, farms etc etc. In Malaysia, it's not so strict. To back up my sentence, you could just walk into any LFS in malaysia, JB. And you will see plenty of illegal stuffs. From Star tortoise to Emerald Scorpions.
