    good for you brother, mine black dragon spawn was not successfull cause the female is bigger than the male. now i am trying to mix and match the female.

    I hope you have half cut bowls at the sides. Never mind if ugly, temporary only.

    To stick, use double side tape on the sides. those exposed above water level should be sufficient to hold it.

    LOl no, they about nearly 1 week i tranfer them to another tank.

    Oh I see. Can't be help. I don't have experience breeding bettas but guppies, swordtails and some other fish...yes. What we used to do is to use a cloth to cover up. Usually we would pick the female to tend to the younglings. Now my dad always use tubi to feed, some younglings did die as in kena trapped by tubi. But most of them survive. After about 3-4 weeks then the mother is seperated and the younglings are still kept seperately until they are ready to introduce to the main tank which is not very big and certainly not planted. There is a netted cover / mesh to keep the lizards away from the tank. For matting pairs, well we don't usually keep them together but rather in the main tank. So observation have to be made to see which one is pregnant, then we manually seperate them out.
