sharing story about my girlfriend shrimp and betta tank.

my girlfriend was not into aquarium, but i force her to take care, i tell her can make you stressless end up she love fish.i give her the poison. i set for her a shrimp tank, cherry shrimp, i said why don't you put in my red dragon look nice. then she said, later the fish eat up the shrimp, i said no... it will not eat cause the cherry so big.

the next day, she scold me, she said you bluff me, the stupid betta eat all the shrimp. then i said maybe you never feed the betta you only feed the shrimp. that why the betta jealous and eat up the shrimp i said to her don't choose love.

morale of the story, do not love only one, must love everybody.

Betta and shrimps? What did you expect to happen in such a small tank? Live happily after?

my mistake, i though they are ok together cause the betta still small.

Morale of the story, do not assume that just because of the cherry shrimps is considered big for you, the betta will not attack it.

I keep juvenile beta with malayan shrimp which have not reached adult-hood but are already ok size. They live happily ah but sometimes the baby beta disturb them.

Its the same as your state, girlfriend's tank. 1 shrimp die = my handphone gets bombed.
