daniel, scatter yr worms.. wat i do is to defrost the worms and scatter them ard the tank
Dear All
How do you feed your corys?
I threw in two blocks of frozen blood worms for the usual feeding time<
, and my two angel simply snap up all the worms leaving none for my corys.
Threw in another block and the same thing happened, even some worms eventually settle down the bottom, my angel will just clear them up.
Plse advise.
Thanks

Akoh,
Where do you find the Hikari food with the cory? Thanks a lot.
I normally defrost my frozen blood worms. After completly defrost, I throw all 3~4 cubes in. Half of it will sink while the rest will be snaped up by the tetras. This way everybody got a fair chance in getting the food. Even the yamatos, they love bw.

I've tried to defrost the worms as sugguested, it worked!
But some worms r too big and fat for my little cats.
What kind of worms r u using?
I'm feeding them with the dragon brand worms.

Hi guys ! IMO tubiflex worms are okay too in fact they're the best for cories ! that's if we know how to treat them !. Those FF that we have visited - Seng Bros , Treta FF etc , they all feed their fishes with " treated " tubiflex worms. I've tried asking them the name of the medication BUT ! no luck lah !. Anybody know the name ? , Thks.

Enthromycin, antibiotic.
They soak the worms in there for a few hrs before feeding.
If soak too long the worms will die, too short might still got harmful bacteria.

uhh, no, imo tubifex make your fish fat and lazy
tubifex have high fat and protein content
good for growth, maybe, but not good for prolonged health
especially with the crap inside them
which treatment MIGHT or MIGHT NOT remove
DEA ! agreed BUT imo once a week should be okay lah ! Well ! guess a wider spread of food selection eg. Blood worms, Algae wafer , fish bio-food should do good to our cories !----------------

Hi, I feed my cory with JBL NovoTab, with some other vege-based tabs from JBL and Sera Spirulina. Also recently bought Sera Viformo which consists of S. Vipan & S. Flora, but the smaller cute bottle which cost me $4.
Occasionally feed them frozen bloodworms too.
I heard from some betta breeders that live Tubifex is "high growth, high risk" food. Someone I know uses the M. Blue medicine to disinfect the worms.
But for me, so long as my Cory are healthy, I personally won't dream of putting them at risk...
