    I've got a 4ft x 1.5ft x 1.5ft tank 6mm sides and 10mm base.

How much more weight can it "tahan" and what is the result of overload?

currently, it has got at least 120kg of gravel, full tank of water and 3 pcs of rather heavy rocks?

btw can my stand takes the weight too?

120kg of sand should be around 10cm.
I thought a tank full of sand is the same weight of one full of water.
    (same in volume). Correct?
However, having 10cm of substrate do made your tank look smaller.
You just left with 32cm height to work on. another 3cm without water
I have a same size tank and brought 5 bags of sand but did not use all.

a tank full of sand will weight more than a tank full of water. sand's density is higher.
if they are of the same weight, you will not have sand at the bottom of your tank but a mini sand storm.

THe same volume of gravel is roughly(very) 20% heavier than water. I wouldn't worry about the gravel being too heavy. If your stand is made for a 4 foot tank, it should be ok. Make sure you put a piece of styrofoam under the tank.

IMO, all this is provided your gravel and rocks don't exceed 30 to 40% of your total tank volume. DON'T lean the rocks against the glass.

I will agree with Yimin on this one....120Kg of gravel is too much taking into account that your tank is 1.5ft in height. If you really must have so much gravel, it would have been better if it were base fert

You sure it's 120kg? That's about 18 cm of gravel by my calculations.

My previous comments was based on my assumption that it was about 10cm of gravel.
