Really wonder why? The past two days, I have seen about 15 dead cardinal tetra in my footer. Stomach all bloated. other fishes such as rummy noses are okay though.
I suspect bacteria, etc? Just weird cos just cardinal got it. I am puzzled. My N03 level is below 20ppm.

Anyhow, as a precaution I squeeze some garlic juice into the water column. I will check again if there is any more death. I surely hope not.

it's probably some kind of infection
you might want to try some antibiotics, but i recommend improving the water conditions and let the fish fight it off on their own
normally what we do usually ends up killing them faster
some salt might help too, by reducing the swelling

Yep, change water everyday until you see your fish is OK.
My fish was able to fight off fin rot and ich by themself!
Putting anti-bio in your planted tank will kill all your plants.
If you must use it, then you had to remove them.

Garlic juice ar...too much liao lah..

See if there are any garlic particles left behind or not. try to remove them.
I am now very septical abt gralic properties...fishes like the neon and cardinal will not be able to withstand it.

If you have shrimps...they cannot take it too. Once the shrimp dies, they clouds the water and u end up with more fishes dead.
