Hi, can anyone help me identify if this is an aquatic plant, and whether it can survive underwater. After some research on the net, I think it might be dracenas?

Re: Plant ID thanks! Dracaena (Lucky Bamboo)

I see many LFS selling this. Including C328, seaview, aquastar, and many others. Shouldn't these LFS who are supposedly to be the subject expects show some responsibility to sell products that are really meant for the tank?

But I noticed that mine which was in the tank for like almost 2 weeks, start to have small knots at the side of the stem towards the bottom. Seems like roots starting to form. But not sure if I am correct. If non-aquatic plant, should have melted away already right after about 2 weeks??? Not to mention roots starting to grow???

it should melt, and we can't stop LFS for selling them because they also sell plant and other stuff for terarium.
