Date for outing No 3.

dear all,

as stated in the outing no 3 thread, I am conducting the poll a date that is suitable for one and all.

Kindly indicate your preference for the trip by taking part in the poll.

Also to make planning easier, do let me know if you are driving, bringing family/girlfriend/students/friends along.

Reason for that is because I have managed to source for a Hiace Coach for $140 return trip/$45 per hour.

So if the number of participants is viable, then it makes more logical sense to book a coach where we can enjoy the trip without having to worry about getting lost around LCK

Also, by having a coach to ferry us around, I believe that it will allow more closer interaction amongst members.


So folks, kindly let me know your commitment level at least 2 weeks prior to the trip to facilitate ease of planning and booking of coach should there be a need.

So sorry that I probe in...with respect and no obligation, just my thoughts.

My concern is the rental of the Hiace Coach with driver is far out. Some of us may find a little pricey if the attendance is low as 5-6 attendees.As for me, SGD20-25, i rather spend on buying more fauna or flora in any nearby LFS or nurseries. Sorry I'm just be logical and a little stingy toward my interests but I dont know about others.

You see some of us do drive like Adrian, fotodavid , me and so on...

Let hope if any AQ bros with car/van (at least 3-4 cars/vans) to ride us all without any charges and have a free will to spend as much as we can. If that include myself, will be 2-3 cars will do.

anyway what David meant is if we can get the numbers to actually allow us to book a van or mini bus we should… and he has a point in that we all can mingle around if we're all in one vehicle instead of a few cars

Like what Desmond says, the rental of the coach is only viable if we have numbers. Minimum that I am looking at is 14.

Let us see how this poll does first as the traffic here is rather low...

David, it is always the case. The traffic will become busy as D-day comes.
I am with the idea of renting a coach if we meet the minimum participants
requirement.
