    i m frustrated with this two type of light dun know which is better can any one tell
    Wat is the two light advantage n disadvantage

    In market ADA n dennerle daylight FL r they the best or got cheaper FL light can b use in plant tank
    ( can i use normal FL that we use at home in plant tank which some model is daylight)

    normal daylight fl tubes can be used for planted tanks.

    No need to get special "plant lights". Most FL or PL rated as "daylight" is good enough, as long as you have enough total wattage to meet the needs of your plants.

    PLs are more compact then FLs, hence for the equivalent total wattage, PLs take up less space on top of your tank. However, in general, PLs are warmer then FLs.
