Seachem line of products does have the full range of fert but can be a bit expensive to dose for a large tank. For more economical ways of dosing, you can get stuff from Dr Mallick.

Macronutrients: Nitrate, Phosphate, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Carbon
Micros: Too many stuff to name...LOL..just use TMG, Flourish or Sera liquid traces.

Getting CO2 to 20-30ppm range is vital before you start dosing.

Singapore's water calcium and magnesium levels are adequate for plant growth and should be sufficient if you do large weekly water changes. GH does not affect growth that much as compared to Nitrate, CO2, potassium and phosphate.

Use pH and KH readings and compare it to this CO2 chart for CO2 reading.
    CO2 chart

Do take note that peat or other forms of buffer in the water would render the pH/KH relationship useless.
