Did you end up buying anything? I also went to these places when I last visited, aside from plants I don't think I saw much that we don't already have available locally.
The prices are a little scary in tokyo
Did not buy much except the new Amano photo book and a stalk of ludwigia SP Vietnam but I'm really impressive with the shop layouts, some of the beautiful tanks and their customer services.
Btw, I went to Pau Pau at Shinjuku as well but did not bring my camera to take photos. Anyway, its very small compare to Pau Pau at Ginza.

C Grades at SGD$10 a piece or higher.
I was told the original owner of an-aquarium have moved to ikebukuro and shop is located on roof of seiyu departmental store. Was there so many times and didn't even know that japan's apisto guru is just within walking distance from my hotel! That plump jap guy in an-aquarium is not the original owner.

The new store looks even better in terms of fish diversity..
The one at ginza now i go less often as my type of fish more often than not is found at the Ikebukuro store.
Are you guys working on an updated listing of Tokyo LFS by any chance?
