    for a 2 ft tank, after abt 50% of water change, how do u treat the water?
    Add baking soda, salt, anti-chlorine.......????

    why would you want to add salt? unless for treatment (eg. ich or other parasites) or if you are keeping brackish water fish, i don't think salt should be added.
    well, for me, i used anti-chlorine long long time ago until i realised it's getting too expensive for water changes. since then, i just top off water from the tap with some buffer (baking soda) if it's for planted tank with CO2.

    Anti-chlorine/chloramine
    Baking soda to raise you KH back to your normal level.

    What ever else you use to condition your water, e.g. blackwater, etc.

    Fertilisers for your plants.
