E. Ozelot plantlet and flower!

My E. Ozelot is flowering... leaves are appearing on the nodes. When can I start planting these fellows? I remember roots formed on the plantlets of my E Bleheri and E Parviflorus, should I wait for that?



As they are growing out of water, what can I do to condition it? Or just cut and plant them and let nature do the job?

I have 4 nodes. but only 3 is growing, the first node is too close to the light and maybe to hot to develope!

just leave them to grow, u should see leaves forming soon... but if the plantlet is above water then they will be emersed.. to convert them, push it into the water.. harvest once root is formed
