Saw a tank of fish at Seaview which they write 'Spa Fish' outside, don't know whether it is what you are looking for. Can call them to check.

Garra Rufa is a tiny toothless Turkish spa fish, of the Garra species, naturally nibbling away those pesky dead skin that makes your skin dull and dead, leaving you with silky smooth hands and feet that look great whereas Chin Chin are simply baby Tilapias.
If you want to see the real garra rufa, you can check out kenko at SG flyer. When i went there a few months ago, they were using Garra Rufa for fish spa. Its not difficult to tell the difference between a baby tilapia and a Garra Rufa.
