Lighting Setup for Aquarium Shot

Hi any of the veteran photographers here would mind sharing the lighting setup for aquarium shots? I'm just using a 100W tungsten lamp for illumination and I find the lighting unevenly lit in the water.

Also what sort of background would bring out the colors of the fishes well?

The conditions are too variable to give you a straight answer.
To begin, you can visit the CAU website and read a little on how they do their photography.
