Red tail catfish

Hello bros..May i know what my rtc is suffering from?? recently i found out that he is unable to close his mouth..his mouth is like keep wanna close but cannot..den upon closer checking, i see red bruises inside..blood red..and also abit swollen..

U may wanna check what have it eaten.. I understand that RTC eats anything that can go into their mouth..
