What's your tank temparature? TM is quite critical in water temparature, it require 24C to 26C to maintain tip-top condition. Anyway, suitable lighting intensity, duration, fertilizer and CO2 should also be considered.

Aquatic plants and LEGO collector.
Alfa is right. To achieve that kind of temp range, u need a chiller. If u can't grow taiwan moss, try java moss.
Hi,
would like to know whether taiwan moss is christmas moss?
also, would like to get those christmas moss...heard that they will turn brown first and then go back to green? Anyway, how do i tie them down to the base to create a lawn effect? bubbling?
thanks,
tltan
yeah I'd like to know more about this taiwan moss. what does it look like? where to buy?
i think you guys should get Java moss if you don't have any chiller. Xmas moss need very cold temperature to live, around 25C. Hmmmm.... is this another reason why they call it the Xmas moss?[]
But i will still agree Xmas moss look better than Java moss.[]
mine is growing slow at 28degree.. i test test see how.. so far growing fine, its been with me ard 3 weeks going to a mth..
Mine is growing well with tank temp hovering between 26-28.
My tank temperature is about 27C. Lighting is 72W for 80L tank, CO2 injection @ 2bps, regular fertilization......Wonder why it is not growing?

William

hi willam
if you have bought your TW moss from Chan of Nature, chances likely is that your moss should be able to take higher temperature....he has a tank that is outside his shop with sunlight, no chiller and its doing fine.
Do you fertilise your water?...
