can't be help, that what happen when you trim moss inside tank. Those small cutting that you miss can grow and entangle your foreground plant. It is difficult to remove since it will dislodge what ever plant its entangle to.

Mine is becoming an eyesore as well as backsore due to fishing them out with tweezers.
Love them on driftwood, hate them when they ruin my carpet.

its extremely hard for shaky fingers (medical condition). but at least my spotter (girlfriend) is good.

I try siphon while cutting but the water drain very fast, passed the moss before I finish cutting . I can refill the water but then will be very trouble some. Hopefully other have better technique
Can get the $10 battery operated "vacumm cleaner" with the sock kinda substrate cleaner and try to suck everything up while cutting?
